U kunt direct bij ons online een afspraak inplannen bij een fysiotherapeut. Hou rekening met het volgende:

• U kunt via onderstaande link direct een afspraak inplannen in de agenda.
• Bij een eerste afspraak wordt zowel een screening, intake en onderzoek als een behandeling ingepland zodat er genoeg tijd is om zowel de klacht te onderzoeken als te behandelen. Dit betekent dat indien u verzekerd bent voor fysiotherapie twee behandelingen worden gerekend bij een eerste consult.
• Als u niet verzekerd bent voor fysiotherapie kost een eerste consult  €100,-, indien u een afspraak maakt bij een manueel of bekkenfysiotherapeut dan kost dit €110,-
• Twijfelt u of u verzekerd bent voor fysiotherapie? Neem dan contact op met uw zorgverzekeraar.
• U kunt een afspraak afzeggen tot 24 uur voordat de afspraak plaatsvindt. Ook in het weekend kunt u een mail sturen of de voicemail inspreken. Mocht u de afspraak afzeggen korter dan 24 uur van te voren dan krijgt u een verzuimfactuur.
• Graag uw gegevens zo invullen zoals op uw paspoort, rijbewijs of ID staat.
• Het is op dit moment alleen mogelijk om een eerste afspraak online in te plannen, hier wordt aan gewerkt.

• You can only schedule your first appointment (we are working on this), so subsequent appointments should be made with your therapist or by calling/sending us an e-mail
• With the first appointment we will schedule a screening, intake and examination as well as a treatment appointment. This means that when your insurance covers phyiotherapie, two treatments will be declared from your health insurance.
• When you are not insured for physiotherapy, the first consult will cost you 95 euro. If your appointment is for manual therapy or pelvic physiotherapy this will be 100 euro.
• Are you unsure if your insurance covers physiotherapy? Please get in contact with your insurance
• You can cancel the appointment up to 24 hours in advance, also on weekends. On the weekend you can send us an e-mail or leave a voicemail message. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours before the consult, we will send you an invoice.
• Please fill in your credentials exactly as how they are on your passport
